a way to keep your protocols safe, you could change your password on a regular basis also dont show or tell anybody your password which is just common sense dont let anybody know any of your passwords for facebbok and twitter incase you use the same password for all you social networking, also dont leave your self logged on and move away from the laptop or computer because there is a slight chance you could get hacked
