Blogger is a very good website for a number of reason one of them being you can work from home, also you can use blogger on your phone which is very handy if you need to go on it when your out, when you publish something you and your teacher both know that it has been posted straight away, another very good thing about blogger is you can change your privacy settings so just you and your teacher can read it also you can change the background colorful  if you like .
